than I have ever been.




The eyecolour of Gustaf has NOT been altered - it really is this lovely in certain lights. However; I did change the background and the light a bit to make things easier on the eyes - it was quite dark before.

I really should get a macro camera - or a camera with lens-switching options (using a digital Canon Pro shot 6 atm) - it's so much fun to take close-up pictures! I'm happy with how this turned out, though!

Absolutly beautiful! Love all the detail you captured, and yes, those eyes are wonderful :) Mind if I ask what breed of cat he is?

As for what breed he is,... His old owner had died, so he (the cat) and his cat friend was sent to the animal shelter where my fiancé and I later adopted them from. My own educated guess (since they had no breed papers or anything on either cats) is that he's a Russian Blue. He has all the traits that belong to them: never meows (very rarely), his fur thickness, colour and softness - his eyes (green and yellow), his craving for affection... It all fits in on a Russian Blue - so I guess he is one!

That's what I was going to guess (either russian or british) ^_^ My British blue was staring at the screen when I came across this picutre and they looked so much alike XD Once again, beautiful photo!

He's very beautiful! He reminds me of a cat belonging to some friends of mine, another Blue named Linus, though his eyes are a lighter shade.

He definitely looks like a sweetie, and an attention hog! :D
